Job Description

We are looking to fill a CDL A Truck Driver Position out of San Antonio TX will have you home every 5 to 7 days. That means more family time for you as you will be home every week.

There is a low threshold for consideration for this CDL A position. You only need 6 months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience in the last year.

This run will keep you out of New England and still keep you way east of I-35.

A typical day will have you picking up and dropping off freight to various Terminals and Distribution centers. All of the freight you will be hauling is no touch freight. You may do a bit of drop and hook from time to time as well.

This regional Dry Van run will have you pulling a 53' Dry Van and is 100% No Touch Freight. As long as you stay on schedule you should be home within 5 - 7 days. Your home-time reset will be between 34 - 48 hrs.

Don't worry about wasting time trying to find a place to park, you will be leaving the truck and trailer at the drop yard right there in San Antonio.

The delivery runs from San Antonio and from there you may head to either Laredo or Dallas Fort Worth. From there you will be running up through Tennessee, Kentucky, Western Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. Then you will start heading over to St Louis area and then back down to San Antonio.

Keep to your schedule and you will be home within 5 - 7 days.

Depending on pick ups and deliveries, you may be required to do both day and night driving.

DETAILS:

- $1,100 - $1,250 + avg wk

- $.45 - $.50 cpm depending on experience

AREAS DRIVEN:

- San Antonio, Laredo, Dallas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Western Ohio, Indiana and Illinois and St Louis Missouri

- 2,500+ miles avg

EQUIPMENT:

- 2019 or Newer Automatic International Trucks

- APU and Inverter in most all Trucks

- There is a space for a small fridge if you would like

- Aerodynamic Wheel & Bobtail Skirts to help you earn Fuel Bonus

- Penske - Roadside Repair

REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid CDL A Class License

- Valid DOT Medical Card

- 6 mo of Verifiable OTR or Regional Experience

- Must Pass a Urine Drug Test
